Design Strategy does not have unreasonable noncompete clauses and does not unfairly prevent a consultant from pursuing other opportunities.

Design Strategy refrains from attempting to recruit employees of its active clients.

Design Strategy does not induce consultants to breach or improperly interfere with a contractual relationship.

Design Strategy has a clear policy for payment of consulting, marketing, and recruiting personnel.

Design Strategy complies with clients' established business practices, including those policies relating to gifts and gratuities to client employees.
