Project Description:
The Call Center operator provides prompt, efficient, and courteous service to all callers. Calls are answered by a Call Center operator and responded to in the order that they are taken.
This function covers incumbents responsible for coordinating the activities of the helpdesk function with systems areas, and network systems administration. In addition, this function also covers the desktop support function which captures individuals responsible for providing dedicated generalist technology infrastructure support to a specific unit.
