| Perform Installations, architectural analysis and oversee Implementation of Oracle Databases. Document operational Procedure to completely describe any new processes and procedures. Log, schedule and track all changes in the change management system Remedy and ITSM. Consultant shall be responsible for all corrections to the database infrastructure and for repairs to the system or database. Receive written and verbal assigned tasks from the database manager or database lead or his/her designated representative. Participate in the current efforts to standardize the implementation of Oracle. Most Important: Excellent written/Oral communication skills |

| Technical Skills Must have. Upgrade Oracle 10g to 11G Strong Oracle 10g/11g with expertise in RAC Excellent performance tuning on data warehouse type application. Should have handled DB's over 3-5TB size at a minimum. In-depth knowledge in RMAN configuration. Strong Partitioning knowledge Grid Control - Monitoring, setup, deployment Oracle ASM. ASM performance tuning 10g ---> 11g upgrade experience Interpret AWR, ADDM reports Other technical areas - Oracle Streams replication/Goldengate |
