Project Description:
Infrastructure Delivery Manager within Technology Business Partner organization. Manage the delivery of IT infrastructure for an application development or business driven project. The Infrastructure Deliver Manager plans, coordinates and ensures the timely and on-budget delivery of all necessary services to the organization.
Manage delivery of specific service or collection of services to an IT sub-department
Build trusted relationships to better position the team to meet client requirements
Analyze delivery metrics, review with clients and implement tools and process improvements to enhance infrastructure delivery
Leverage Project Management and analytical tools to schedule & drive activities with TIS teams (e.g. Project Web, PRT)
Provide timely, regular status updates for clients
Report progress against TIS initiatives (e.g. End of Life)


Required Skills:
Bachelor degree or equivalent
Ability to undertake large/small scale project management
Enthusiastic learner and an excellent team player
Strong communications skills (listening as well as verbal)
5-10 years relevant experience
Ability to plan and organize the work so that it is efficient and effective and allows service to be delivered promptly and reliably
Proactive
Ability to identify opportunities and develop new ideas that will lead to improvements
Ability to adapt/change behavior or plans to better achieve the target/objective
Proficiency in Microsoft toolset including MS Project, Excel, Powerpoint
