Our client in Central New Jersey has multiple full time positions for Senior Developer/ Business Analysts to provide rapid application development in a C#.NET/Visual C++ (VC++) and Oracle PL/SQL environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in either the transportation, supply chain or logistics industries. Experience with a rapid development methodology preferred. Be responsible for gathering requirements, analysis, design and development solutions in the prescribed software architectural framework in conformance with project standards and industry best practices. Must be focused and work well with aggressive development targets. Work with the business group to gather requirements, design and prototype UI, provide and participate in user walk-throughs and implement design elements in conformance with established standards. Also perform unit testing, analysis of runtime behavior and develop installation artifacts. Additional responsibilities include documenting business requirements according to established department standards using requirements documents and impact scenarios; develop and modify front-end code (implemented in C#.NET/Visual C++); develop and modify backend server code (implemented in C#.NET/Visual C++); develop and modify database code (implemented in Oracle PL/SQL); participate in the system testing and deployment processes (all components); coordinate with the efforts of other team members for the specific module; conducts unit testing on the software components for this module and assist in production support and trouble shooting.

Required Skills:
7+ years of experience with C#.NET, Visual Studio .NET, Visual C++ 6.0, Visual Studio, PL/SQL and Oracle SQL. Past industry experience in Intermodal Transportation, Supply Chain or Logistics. Team-Oriented, Detail-Oriented Individual, Effective Communicator (both written and verbal).
